All Consultants or Vendors, please submit your request below as an Associate Membership ($200 annually).

Agency Member
    

One person only from each agency or affiliated entity must register as the agency member first.  This person only, is responsible for the payment of annual agency dues and working with the site administrator to keep your linked individual member's status up to date. This must happen before Individual Members (below) can join.  Once you have registered as an agency member, you will be provided with the option to pay dues by credit card, or to print an invoice and mail a check.  Current Dues Schedule is as follows:

Individual Member
    

All other members from your agency should register here. If you do not see your agency or entity name in the drop down list, please contact your Agency Member (above).  Once you complete the registration process you will be active upon receipt of an email from the site administrator.  There are no dues associated with Individual Memberships.

Non Voting Member of the Users Group. Restricted to Non-Nexsure Users. This is the perfect opportunity for Vendors, Consultants, Insurance Companies to join our group and interact with Nexsure Users.
